*All members of ASHA have access to all four ASHA journals online. They may also elect to receive one print journal title as a member benefit as well as additional print journal titles at a special member rate. The "member" prices in the above charts reflect the price of additional print journal titles.

**Orders for Print+Online subscriptions received before September 2, 2009, will have print editions of back issues for that year automatically mailed. Orders for subscriptions received September 2, 2009, through the end of the year will begin with 2009 issues, and back issues must be purchased separately.

All current Print+Online subscriptions include:

• 3 years of online content, defined as the current year plus the previous 2 years (i.e., a 2009 subscription includes 2008 and 2007 online journal content).
• access to this online content regardless of whether a subscription is renewed in subsequent years.
• a print edition for the subscription year (i.e., all back issues for the year plus remaining issues if ordered before September 2, 2009, or all issues for the subsequent calendar year if ordered September 2, 2009, through the end of the year.)

***All current online-only subscriptions include:

• 3 years of online content, defined as the current year plus the previous 2 years (i.e., a 2009 subscription includes 2008 and 2007 online journal content).
• ongoing, perpetual access to this online content regardless of whether a subscription is renewed in subsequent years.

****The Online Archive is defined as back issues of specific journals.

• The archive contains online content from 1970 (or 1991 for AJA and AJSLP) up to 3 years prior to the current subscription. For example, an Online Archive of JSLHR purchased in 2009 contains content from 1970 through 2005.
• The archive is a one-time purchase that gives the customer perpetual access to the above content.
• In addition, because the archive is a one-time purchase, the customer will be given access to an additional year of content, at no additional cost, as the archive grows each year.
• A current Print+Online or Online-Only subscription is not required to gain access to the archive once it is purchased. In other words, you may purchase the Online Archive as a stand-alone product. Each year, an additional year's worth of content will be added to the archive, at no cost.

All orders must be prepaid and payment must be:

• in U.S. funds drawn from a U.S. bank
• made payable to ASHA or American Speech-Language-Hearing Association

Print+Online subscription prices include shipping and handling.

Print Editions of Back Issues
On an as-available basis, back issues of print journals may be purchased through ASHA Product Sales. Orders for back issues must be paid for with a separate check. Call ASHA Product Sales at 888-498-6699 for availability and pricing.

Claims for Missing or Damaged Print Issues
Claims must be made to ASHA within 4 months of publication date. Claims are accepted by mail or fax to ASHA.

Canceling a Subscription
Only subscriptions that have not started can be canceled and refunded. Send a written request to the attention of the Subscription Sales Coordinator at the address below. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing of refunds.

Postal Information for Print Issues
Perspectives on Voice and Voice Disorders are mailed via 2nd class mail, nonprofit rate. Those sent to Canada are shipped via Canadian 2nd class mail through a foreign distributor. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Shipping to other foreign countries is also handled by a distributor. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery.
